Seafarer's Licence

We have been certified by the government of Honduras (Merchant Marine of Honduras) to provide assessment for the Certificate of Competence and seaman books for all ranks. Honduras being IMO white list approved flag state hence all issued certificates are endorsable with other white listed flags as per STWC treaty; seamen can get employed in all flags of conveniences. Meeting STCW requirements regarding endorsements and certification of officers and crew can be facilitated easily by us for our clients. We assist in licensing of as per the STCW 2010 manila amendments.
